1. Greetings! Tell us about your team-work, why you decided make the joint album?
MOLOTH: Heil! This team-work are symbolizes our creative and world-outlook unity with one of few really worthy Heathen Projects in our country, this split was an embodiment of our general aspirations, our general ideals. This split has incorporated different forms of music – from radical NSBM to Pаgаn mеtаl and R.A.C., thus the content of the split is uniform, both lyrics and music are penetrated by the ice rod of Nordic Outlook. This split-album – the first message of our Brotherhood.Nezhegol:Thanks to team-work with MOLOTH, the songs of NEZHEGOL have received the second breath. This work expressed in split «WOTANJUGEND», the symbol of two creative beginnings, the symbol of friendship and expression of our general ideas.
2. What tracks have entered on this album? What with sounding? The vocal of Moloth for example noticeably has exchanged on the second album, what will be on the split? The cover to “Sokira Peruna” is completely not similar on NSBM, is more likely R.A.C.
MOLOTH: The split entirely has been written down at studio at the same time by both bands. From MOLOTH are presented 4 tracks-2 old compositions which have acquired new appearance – “Echo of the Forthcoming War” and “Guardian of the Forest”. Also 2 new track, the lyrics on which has been written in prison, to enough gloomy times of 2007-08 years. The cover has sounding excellent both from MOLOTH, and from NEZHEGOL that adds varieties in a musical cloth and displays idea that different forms display the uniform content. The vocal anew will surprise our listeners as it is written down by the person new to us. Alexey, for good reasons, can’t fulfill this role now.
NEZHEGOL: From Nezhegol 4 compositions are presented: «Hel», «The Thunder March in Parade of Autumn Nights», “A gnash of stell sword became singing” and «The Solar Rays». All enumerated songs enter in earlier let out albums, however on the split, again re-recorded, they have other sounding and the atmosphere corresponding to a spirit of the age.
3.What composition of musicians has been used on record?
MOLOTH: We used the sessional drummer, and regarding Moloth the vocal has been written down by two people, earlier not participating in our creativity. (In a track “Guardian of the Forest” the vocal has been written down by the person from circle WotanJugend). All remaining has been written down by the same composition, as the previous album.
NEZHEGOL: On split composition NEZHEGOL is expanded, thanks to musicians of Moloth, the sessional drummer and keyboard-girl. Circumstances of record introduce the corrective amendments in creative process.
4.What will be lyrics Moloth on an album? What about Alexey? How it is possible to communicate with it?
MOLOTH: From Moloth on split has entered the lyrics written during the period 2001-2008 years. Texts of two new songs are devoted Nordic tradition, an ox to Sonnenmensch and Fight for a survival Of our Race. The musical part of these two tracks has been composed by the end of 2008, and the lyrics on them been selected by Alexey, just at that time he had a communication with freedom (Generally, as it is known, in imprisonment places such things as phone not absolutely a rarity). 5. Once again about the lyrics – what themes were affected in it earlier, what development to wait in the future?
MOLOTH: On our demo and an album “by the Wing of Black” has been rose theme of ancient Paganism with its vision through a prism of NS ideology, also a lot of attention has been given the antichristian lyrics (in such track as “Scum” and “The one inspiriting with fear”) in the next album this theme has been rose in the song “By Thunder From Heaven”, in which it is a little allegorically told about those churches which though and it is short, but carry light. This lyrics has been composed for a long time ago (2002-2005), and later the main part in creativity of Moloth began to take up more scald verses, as on one denial of something – the future will not to construct, and we should develop revival of the traditions with a stress on their active embodiment in life.
6. In what else projects the lyrics from members of Moloth and Nezhegol is used?
MOLOTH: Alexey’s lyrics also is used in the project Shepot Run, by the way work over it is restarted, in 2011 there will be a new release in the form,unusual for the project. Also his lyrics is used in Orchid “the Message of the Past” together with lyrics of his brother, and in a new album of Nezhegol also there are some his verses. Alexey writes and WP lyrics, it also will be used by appropriate commands. By the way in 2006 he has written the English-speaking text for Hagl when Ivan hasn’t betrayed us and all Right movement. On his new album lyrics except this verse is written in the core also by the person from circle WJ, and we have forbidden Ivan to use it after that incident, but he spit on it. Thus the incident has turned out – Hagl has an album with worthy lyrics, but unfortunately actually has to our ideology now no any relation. And as a whole this album of this command simply fake.
NEZHEGOL: Besides project NEZHEGOL as there is project ORCHID the lyrics to which also belongs to me. However on the future album NEZHEGOL there will be some compositions inspired and accompanied by Alexey’s lyrics from MOLOTH, also on an album of ORCHID “The Message of the past” is used lyriсs of Alexey and A.Lesnoy, the member of our creative union
7. Do you keep up relations with Hаgl? In a talk subject – in Moloth for all time of existence some musicians were replaced, what the reason of it? Do you keep up relations with them?
MOLOTH: With Hаgl after that unfortunate history we, certainly, don’t communicate with Ivan, and whether there is in it a sense? This person has no relation to the right movement (at all without taking into account its everyday behavior), and in serious sense had no never (in serious, means beyond musical subculture). As a matter of fact there are two real former participants – Ivan and our first bass player, both of them are far enough from our ideology and lead the life which completely not isn’t approaching for each of us, about it actually has been more than once told by us. Any time when all of us were very young, they were close to us, and we too then had not such serious ideology as now.In general the reason of changes in composition always was the ideological mismatch of these people to our group. Generally Moloth were concerned to some extent by many people and with the majority of them we have very much good relations.
8. What’s your opinion about ВВH and other creative unions?
MOLOTH: ВВH, certainly, is talented union, first of all we speak, of course, about Kaldrad; The latest album of Nitberg is grandiose in the lyrics plan, there is no saying about arrival of christianity to Europe and consequences of it is fuller, than has been told on this album. We too appreciate his other not less known projects. Today there are not enough the people really strong in their own NS ideology. For many persons interest, enthusiasm and inspiration with this subject comes to an end once ? faith loss ? Other similar unions we don’t know, except ourselves, of course.
NEZHEGOL: Each project, collective of BBH – accurately certain edge of ideology, root of a uniform tree of art of the Hall. Especially it is necessary to mark albums NITBERG, FOREST «In the Flame of Glory», BRANIKALD «Triumph of the Will», as key and unsurpassed samples of Nordic art in path NSBM, an ideal musical and lyrical embodiment!
9. What can you say about your own creative union and the name of your joint album?
MOLOTH/NEZHEGOL: WotanJugend is creation union of Nordic-directed people. Our purpose – propagation of the correct pagan ideology and fulfillment of the correct actions on its embodiment in life.
10. What do you think about “evil” image of NSBM, what’s joining and separate this subculture with ordinary Black Metal?
MOLOTH: Certainly, “the evil” image ordinary satanic BM shouldn’t have any relation to such concept, as NSBM. Because first of all we shouldn’t contradict to NS-ideals. We oppose against of the degenerate world surrounding us – against racial mixing, against criminal ethnic intrusion on our land, against defects of the modern world sliding in a chasm. Evil image was replaced with image of the Right Wrath. We are the Ray of light in this world, however, our Light very many seems impenetrable darkness…With usual BM we are made related at first by the musical form of our creativity, mysticism, spiritual search, burning hatred to those or other objects. Disconnects us ideology level because NSBM does our music by not easier entertainment or even self-expression, and much bigger than that. It is difficult to draw a distinction between NSBM and Pagan metal inasmuch as NS – it is modern spiritually the highest form of White Paganism.
NEZHEGOL: NSBM isn’t evil! This branch of Nordic art glorify of Honour, Fidelity, Valour, Glory, Self-sacrifice for the sake of Wotan, is evil for defined to all of us known “people” , golems, the pseudo-nation which inherently is the most evil. There can be no relation between NSBM and a Satanism. It is nonsense!
11. So how it is possible to describe a genre named NSBM? About it there are many disputes…
MOLOTH: As a whole, NSBM it is any variety of the Black metal inspired by ideals of NS-ideology and primordial Northern traditions which have been rigidly connected to racial questions? That is in determination of this genre the content, not the form, is more important.
12. What the reason of change of image of Moloth from an is rigid-antichristian command to a command with the weighed right ideology?
MOLOTH: I think the first reason that eventually our sights become deeper, and as it has already been told, instead of an attack on another’s religion we propagandize reconstruction of our own. About christianity us was already and so much is told, it’s not at all the most actual aspect of realities of the modern struggle for a survival of our people. Now we are worry with absolutely other things. It is not necessary to forget, much disconnects us, but Blood and Russland unite! Certainly, here it is necessary to tell that our sights at all “world” and especially avraamic religions not only haven’t changed, but became even more solid and deeper, simply really now there are more important realities.
13. When now to wait new full-length albums of Moloth and Nezhegol?
MOLOTH: Following full-lenght the album of Moloth will start to record at best in the next year as it’s musical component still is completely not ready though the lyrics already is completely prepared
NEZHEGOL: In this time period is conducting work over the next album of Nezhegol, record process is almost completed. Soon will necessary work over design of a future album.
14. What’s situation with concert activity?
MOLOTH: Аny more we didn’t do for a long time live performances as there is a row of more essential problems, besides often our involvement in concerts is impossible for technical reasons.Certainly, in the future we must to continue to give concerts, but, of course, there is time for everything.
NEZHEGOL: Nezhegol still is not the concert project, I think such perspective it is not eternal also time all will place in the places.
15. Your final words.
MOLOTH/NEZHEGOL: WotanJugend, A Wotan’s Youth. It is our words, full of Echoes of Past Epoch’s Ideals, became a bridge through tens, hundreds and thousands years from times of Triumphs and Tragedies, Victories and Defeats of our Bright Race, a Bridge to our Future through multi-culture race mixing and pre-Ragnarok chaos of Present, through grief for our glory Heritage humiliation, through a pain for our genetic Potential humiliation. It is a Bridge to the Future, a Sunlight abobe the world, that stands on the edge of a Chasm, from which is no return, a Hymn of the Last Hope over a People and Race decat, that stands on a border of Bloody Blade Time’s Trial.What is gave us in this monent of our Last Chance? To be stuck in a bog of intetnal wars and usless discussions or be a unnamed soldier of Our War, real Fighter and Activist of the White Revival? Spend a life in an aimless “pleasures” searches of follow to the planned, only one true, aim through a pain and everyday efforts? To fall in an abyss of vice and tolerance or soar over the weakness of average man on wings of grasping and greedy fot truth Spirit? In this days of Tragedies and Pain we call all our genetical Brothers and Sisters to make everything for rising our Blood and our common Spirit from a sleep. We call for Our Genetic Potential conservation and Fight for the most sacred, that we have – for our own Nation!
